Heat is indirectly applied to specific acupuncture points in order to tonify the body. This type of treatment is used in Traditional Chinese Medicine in combination with acupuncture needling therapy.
Cupping
Glass cups are placed on specific areas of the body which create a vacuum seal thus stimulating blood flow and clearing stagnant qi.
